Pre-Hagoromo Sasuke vs. Madara.

You know there's 6 versions of Madara. EMS Madara,Edo Madara,Blind SM Madara,SM Rinnegan Madara,1eye Juubi Jin Madara,Shinju tree absorbed Madara,Double Rinnegan Madara.

EMS Madara W/Kurama? Destroys him. Even without Kurama, he wins Mid-Diff. By that same logic, EMS is not received naturally.

I wouldn't say mid but high diff. Yeah, it applies, but I thought it's "natural" in Uchiha's case since it means higher power not obtained by outside source other than the clan.

While feats favor Madara (due to Sasuke's lack of proper screen time), hype and portrayal wise Sasuke is superior. It entirely depends on Sasuke's PS.

Also, Orochimaru said that he had the potential to surpass him after not even seeing his upper Susanoo forms. Even then, you are assuming that he was referring to EMS Madara, while he could have thought about Edo Madara.

In conclusion, portrayal wise Sasuke is atleast on the same level of EMS Madara, but his lack of feats is the main problem and i won't go into a debate since i would have to assume a lot of things, and i hate assumptions.

Sasuke can't blitz Madara, they are roughly equal in speed. Susanoo arrow gets blocked by basic, or even Ribcage Susanoo, absorbed or even dodged.

He says nothing of the like, what are you taking about. "depending on the transmigrants power its possible to meet him and receive the power to seal my mother" in no way implies that they have surpassed Hashirama and Madara (although when they got Hagoromo's chakra they did surpass Hashirama and EMS Madara, but not before). It simply means that they where powerful enough to meet him, and because of the situation, they did. Madara did not meet him because there was never a situation that he needed to meet him. Hashirama on the other hand, did meet him, because the situation of IT called for it.

Also, Orochimaru said that he had the potential to surpass him after not even seeing his upper Susanoo forms. Even then, you are assuming that he was referring to EMS Madara, while he could have thought about Edo Madara.

Even Kabuto did not know about Madaras Prime, and he basically added knowledge on top of everything Orochimaru already knew. So......no.
