Sasuke could sense Naruto in the desert dimension. Even though it was just for an instant, but the feat is there. However you're right, Naruto in sensory skills is better than Sasuke.

Sasuke could sense only a part of the sage power in Naruto and I don't think that this can be considered like true sensory skills.

Genjutsu: Sasuke

Tai jutsu: Naruto, Sage Mode is just too strong

Leadership: Naruto. Both can motivate others, but Naruto knows how to bring morale and maintain a positive atmosphere for who he leads. Sasuke is more of the "because I'm the boss" type, which is ineffective in motivating others to be better.

Tactics: Equal. Naruto is much more unpredictable and Sasuke always manages to come up with an effective plan (At least until Sage Chakra and Juubi Jins entered the mix)

Sensory: Naruto. He can sense people's feelings. Next level.

Speed: Naruto. But Sasuke is probably the fastest character in the manga that doesn't have a jutsu or Bijuu to add to his speed.

Decision making: Naruto. Both know how to make decisions, but Naruto knows how to do what is in everyone's best interest, Sasuke sometimes makes poor decisions regarding this. (Almost killing Karin, doesn't think about others, etc)
