I need your critique on my latest work.
if you are wondering about that weird clone mishap at the bottom left corner. there was a guy standing there and I was too lazy to fix it correctly

its the slowshutter that's causing the water to look like that. if you notice that section of water near the port, its very still, that's because there was not much/ barely any waves over there. further away, the water was very rough and it had a lot of waves

Considering you took the pic yourself, you seem a professional at these things. The lights look very warm and smooth, while the sea calm. The little mistake in the bottom left corner is not visible at all, if you hadn't mentioned it. I would have never seen it. All in all great work, I love the colors, the sharpness, the detail and effects.

actually I am a noob :3
I bought an expensive camera and I was trying out different kinds of shots, using different settings I found on the internet. this shot was taken with settings I was experimenting with. I have actually over exposed the shot and lost some detail of the pic in the light areas.
new York is really bright at night for slowshutter. I should have adjusted the exposure abit so that it wouldn't have been so bright, but I did manage to correct almost all of it with lightroom. its hard to see the final output on a tiny lcd monitor. I took a lot of pictures in one area

It looks awesome and yeah who ever looks at the bottom left corner, if you hadn't said it, I wouldnt have noticed it since my eyes are more focussed on the lightshow.

ps: am I the only one who sees a person swimming near the dock in the middle of the image.
