Red is neg, green is pos, so it's common sense gray is zero

Really how many reps do u need to have a good rep power

I think it's based on post count

Not sure how to achieve neutral rep, though. I doubt it's being repped by someone with low power

Register Date Factor - For every X number of days (365), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power
Post Count Factor - For every X number of posts (1000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Reputation Point Factor - For every X points of reputation(1000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

This. But for the posts, i think it's every 2000 posts you get that your rep power increases by one.
