Yeah, it does. Look at that Akame screenshot. Thats the screenshot taken from the part where she cuts that lion thing attacking Tatsumi which is somewhere at the end of chapter 19.

AgK's anime's pacing has been terrible lately. They cover too much material in one episode and skip some stuff.​
