To be honest at first i liked Light but when he killed L and became power hungry i started hating him When Light died i was crushed. In the end i found out that although i hated what Light did i still liked him as a character because in the end, he wanted peace and found a way to accomplish it.

L never solos anyone because he always at least needs Watari to organize everything for him and take care of his personal hygiene in the process of doing whatever he is doing.

This was not meant to be a debate about Death Note characters soloing eachother, and also you should not read sentences word by word, you should read them how they would make sense. Of course I know that Light needs the power of Ryuk's Death Note, so your post about that is just totally irrelevant. But thanks for stating your opinion. :')
