Unless I'm forgetting Kabuto's skills, he can't tank a Gojo Bomb, let alone 2. I think just one Gojo Bomb blew up all those gates Hashirama poured over Juubi and Juubis Max Jubidama couldn't even destroy them despite its blast being sealed off in the Hokage Barrier where all the power of the blast went off. Two Gojo Bombs is certainly putting Kabuto down, Kabuto has no way to stop them from exploding unlike Jubito did, so Tobirama just cancels it when he thinks he's toast.

. The gates were already put down over it when the Hokage first arrived then it shot another one and the gates didn't budge.
