There were number of times Sasuke would have died agasint itachi it's just funny that Sasuke is not beating itachi adding Sakura is nonthing Sasuke could have gotten amaterasu to the face and finished Sakura will just run away

Yes, she is. She can act as Chakra source and boost for Sasuke, considering her Chakra was able to cover a vast distance inside Kaguya's dimension; which Obito himself, possess the genetics of Senju and an Uchiha, doesn't have the reserves to do it. She can act as distraction for Itachi, while Sasuke catches him off-guard. She can act as healer.

I guess since Sakura can break Sasuke out of genjutsu, Tsukuyomi is out of the question. Which means Itachi will go straight to using Susano'o (if it's not in character). Sakura will probably summon Katsuyu to try and counter this, while Sasuke will go CM2 and try to prep for Kirin (not that it would do anything against Susano'o)

It will be a long tedious fight that depends on the size of Katsuyu that Sakura summons. If it's big enough, Itachi (still sick) will collapse from maintaining Susano'o.

If it's not big enough, Itachi will have to pour out all his energy just to waste away the summon and Totsuka slashing the duo. Itachi mid diff but a taxing battle.

Sasuke could easily use his hawk with Sakura riding along.
Sakura could easily Enhance his Raiton or Katon to unbelievable Scales bombarding Itachi from mid-air.
Didn't Itachi die after Two MS technique's I'm pretty sure he isn't the type that would kill himself for a win.
Sakura could Deflect Totsuka with a punch.
Once Sasuke engages in CQC Itachi will have trouble if Sakura joins the brawl he's bound to be hit by Ókasho or Lightning coated Katana.

itachi still wins... sakura can get one shotted with amaterasu or Tsukymio but i'd admit genjutsu might not work due to sasuke being there... but then what's stopping itachi from putting sasuke in genjutsu and then playing love game with sakura...

Itachii isn't putting Sasuke or Byakugou Sakura in genjutsu. Sasuke fought a genjutsu battle with him already and the Byakugou continuously keeps transfering Sakura's chakra from her seal back to her body, thus distrupting her chakra. The only genjutsu that can put her down in his arsenal is the Tsukuyumi.
