The point remains the same there is a precedent for blind eyes still being useful, and as far as we've seen the blindness is a user-specific state that doesn't persist when the eyes are transferred. Aside from that, his eyes appear to still be rinnegan in that panel, he just happens to be on the verge of death so his entire person was drawn to look more decrepit for dramatic effect.

Thats not a legit and reason and is zero evidence. Kushina and Naruto both looked blind when Kurama was extracted from them too:

Madara could have had his eyes deactivated. There is absolutely zero evidence of anything that can explain why his eyes just suddenly went blind, like why didn't Nagatos go blind when he died with Madara's eyes and he only kept his on in death because he could not deactivate them. It makes no sense.

What's useful in the eyes after they are blinded? Sasuke managed to evade the blindness because Itachi's MS evolved into the EMS because they shared the same blood. This doesn't apply to a non uchiha, even if they got Madara's eyes the result would be the same. Blindness.

Also his eyes reverted to the Sharingan because he lost Hashirama's DNA after the TB Extraction and Kaguya's takeover. Last panel has no ripple effect in his eyes.

Good try though.

That does not mean he is blind. Your evidence of him going blind is because he just looks blind is because of a discoloration of his eyes. That is no proof. Unless it was specifically said having a bijuu extracted makes you go blind then you are merely speculating
