^TPretty much what this dude said. Tobirama got his ass whooped by Madara, and is one of the people responsible for Madara defecting from Konoha. He does not have the permission to be in the same scene as Madara aside from getting beat up, so he just went to the afterlife looking like the fool he always was while everyone else shared their feelings and realized how things should have gone.
