I think Yamori is one messed up individual. He so mad Rize's better than him, so he's gotta vent that anger somewhere.
I'm hoping the humans step up their game, for now i don't even see how they match the ghouls.

Ayato is pretty normal level, Jason was way stronger than him, man.
Touka with defect wing after time skip > Ayato.
Ayato beat her because she was being emotional and he got the drop on her.
Kaneki mid-tier normal and top or decent tier centipede mode.
So kaneki (with transformation, without {=}) > touka > ayato.
