Naruto speech was about naruto accepting who he is and all the friends he gained on the way. Naruto pretty much tells how minato death was not in vain as naruto lived a happy life. Naruto speech gave closure.
Itachi speech gave sasuke the fuel to change and gave sasuke closure with itachi
Itachi ending> minato ending
