Nope, he's Jounin level with low stamina. Any of the 5 Kages beat Kakashi but of now we don't know if he could even use his copied jutsus any more as he alway used them with the Sharingan, some people say he can but we never seen it. They say Kakashi only use the Sharingan for it's precognition while he use the jutsus but we have ninja using jutsus on their enemy all without the Sharingsn so are they saving Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba, Shino, ect.... are all equal to Sharingan Kakashi perception level? Why use the Sharingan if he can use the copied jutsus without it? He used it to fight Naruto and Sakura in the bell test when they were high Chunin and said it was burning him out using the Sharingan. So Kakashi can't handle Chunins without the Sharingan?

As of now all Kakashi had is lightning, earth, and water elements with his chidori variations and some earth jutsus that he used without the Sharingan. As of now that's all we can say about it until we see current Kakashi fight or mention that he can still use his 1000 copied jutsus. I mean so far it's like saying Naruto who lost Kurama can use tbb.

If you think about it he really can take this, now his chakra level won't be sucked up fast due to not having the sharingan,
he will be able to do more clones(countering genjutsus) and lightning stuff combined with hiding like a mole, his speed is still fine and he will be intelligent like always, he is well rounded and still dangerous.

Nah, she would punch through all of his attacks as she did with Madara's and 1 hit and Kakashi is dead. He can't use Chidori to it's fullest because he lacks the "eyes" to see and counter and that would leave him dead while Tsuadd heals herself. He can even get near Mei with her boiling mist burning his body and her Lava melting him.
