Tsuru has the Wash Wash fruit. How much more domesticated can you get. She's mobile Laundry.






But also, she was up there with Garp and Sengoku. Old people in manga = strong. She's also the Second in command at Marineford. Sengoku being 1st in command.




But IMO it's between her and Linlin. It depends on how Linlin fights. If she's slow...Tsuru likely would win due to her seemingly haax DF.

Im pretty sure any yonko>Old Sengoku. Tsuru wasn't even a big threat at MF, unlike the admirals. If she was admiral level or high she would have had more panel time, more hype, and more impressive feats.
