How about Hagoromo as a Villain for a third part after time skip?

It would seem that things are shaping up for a Hagoromo turn into the dark side...

How about After turning on the Shinobi World he just retires from the battle field announcing that he would return after few years or something to conquest and become the ruler....then we have a time skip and a 3rd part with reduced power scale to make the manga mores similar to what it was? This would trigger a quest to look for the second brother Hamura and allow for the civilization to re build etc etc etc

We cannot have a Part 3 because the character designs for "Naruto: The Last" is horrible and if we did have a part 3 we would have those same character designs.
