Why do people hate Sasuke because of the fans?

Now, it seems like majority don't hate Sasuke because of the reps and attention but because of the fans. In the beginning, I was asking why Sasuke was underrated. The answer was that Sasuke was underrated because of reps and attention. Then people said that Sasuke was underrated because he was hated. Then I asked why he was hated. Majority says it was because of the fans. The only logical thing to do now is to ask why do people hate Sasuke because of the fans.

i used to hate him because his attitude was that of a little B.I.T.C.H. once he came back around to the good side i had no problem with him, i always liked his character no denying he was always a bad ass, but his shitty teen age attitude in the beginning of shippuden brought him down for me.

OT: That said...I dislike Sasuke's character. He is cocky, arrogant, and I really don't like the Uchiha clan in general. But that in no way means Sasuke is weak or a bad character. Just not one I care for.

Well honestly, your words are not very logical. True, fans do indicate heat exhaustion and heat exhaustion may lead to people getting angry and randomly hating people such as Sasuke. But if there are fans, there would be no more heat exhaustion. So the premise doesn't lead to the conclusion.

Fans don't typically work as much as one would like, they act rather slowly, and may not even work much at all depending on quality, giving time in which to hate Sasuke and may leave a lasting mark on said person regarding Sasuke.

Honestly, his Rinnegan is definitely not Foddergan. If you look at it carefully, Sasuke could probably solo 99% of NV with this "Fodder"gan as it has instant teleport. Only Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hamura, Madara, Naruto or Gai and Kakashi would maybe be able to withstand it anyway, so the cooldown period is not very serious unless it is a select few opponents. How is it right, valid or logical to call the Rinnnegan "Fodder"gan. Anyway, if you are talking about the general Rinnegan, Limbo solos unless you have sage chakra or rinnegan.
