My question is if Itachi was fighting another uchiha who had a MS and he used Tsukoyomi on them, would the other uchiha be able to break out of it?

Like for example, if Itachi used it on Shisui, would Shisui be able to break free from it?

I believe Madara, as powerful as he was would be able to break through it due to him being not just physically stronger than Itachi, but his chakra and sharingan are more powerful as well, at EMS level, I think he would be able to see through MS Tsukoyomi pretty easily.

I know that just because you have a higher level Sharingan dosent automatically make your eye stronger, it all depends on the wielder, but both ninja were experts with their eye. So would Madarabreak Tsukoyomi, and possibly in fact even be able to reverse it on Itachi?

I ask the same question towards Obito or Current Kakashi.

so only uchiha's with MS can break out .. sasuke could simply cuz of itachi's condition and their brotherhood connection !

You mean, with Itachi? Well, I don't know about that. Itachi was the one who broke it and freed Sasuke Zzz

I remember something from the Konoha Jonins fight against Itachi and Kisame. Kakashi, if i remember correctly, said that his technique (Itachi's) can only be countered by another Sharingan. He didn't say MS. So yes, i think that with enough prowess, an MS user should be able to break free from Tsukuyomi. However, to return it upon Itachi it's impossible considering his Genjutsu proficiency.

Its not clear if this expands to the clan, or just immiediate family, but as far as we know, MS can break it

Lets be real here. Tsukyomi put Kakashi out for a week. There is no way Itachi would use the real deal on Sasuke if he was trying to lose. Sasuke broke a significantly weaker version on Tsukyomi.
