Is there going to be a chapter today or thursday?

The manga schedule as of now changed to Thursdays for the Mangapanda version, (usually 1-2 hours after the new episode of Naruto is released) and for the *********** version is now on Fridays. The reason for the delay is Japan/Manga Companies as of now is doing some type of campaign to stop piracy by stalling their "early" releases. Also, the same reason why Fairy tail comes out on Monday's instead of Fridays.​

This, bare in mind that this change is only meant to last 6 months.

It's not just Naruto effected by this, and I am not just speaking about Naruto, but all WSJ manga in general. But, to answer your question; I doubt it.

We actually dont know. Only time will tell. Just because the chapter was released on Thursday once doesnt mean it has official been changed to that day.
