The biggest problem with Madara was that he never showcased any MS skills in flashbacks, and when he was edo'd he immediately activated the rinnegan so everything from that point onward became ambiguous as to whether it was MS or rather EMS at that time and whether it was rinnegan or the product of having both. The miscellaneous skills we've seen him using that were previously unclassified are tengai shinsei (otherwise known as badass meteor) and limbo hengoku (badass otherworldly clones). Since as far as we know gaining EMS doesn't grant you new skills, it only enhances the power of current skills or slightly augments them such as changing the appearance of sasuke's pre-PS susanoo, it doesn't matter too much that he has EMS rather than plain MS during the war arc. TS was only used while Rinnegan was active already, so we'll never know for sure whether it was needed or incidental, and regardless he needed susanoo to do it. Limbo was specifically only used after gaining his rinnegan back so that's definitely not EMS, at least not alone.
It's possible his MS abilities are more subtle than the others, or maybe he just outright disregarded any other MS abilities he had because PS was clearly the most powerful of the abilities he had at the time. More than likely Kishi just didn't feel like coming up with new MS abilities unique to Madara and didn't want to be repetitive with ama and tsuki, and of course if he'd shown Madara's abilities he would've had to show his brother's as well and just wasn't up for coming up with 4 unique abilities. Seriously though, Izuna got almost no showcase at all of any combat skills, let alone doujutsu. Maybe we'll get lucky and a video game or the last movie will show us something.
