Kabuto wins under these conditions. White rage + Muki Tensei or Bone forest finishes the gokage at the beginning of the match.

Kabuto is capable of taking this with very high difficulties. Though, it's entirely possible for him to be over whelmed if he lingers too long and fails to kill one or two of them when he is able to immobilize them with either a Muki Tensei or Hakugeki.

I might be somewhat interested on arguing this point if there's a decent discussion brought about.

I see the kages winning but how do they deal with Muki tensei? Only way I see them dealing with that is through Gaara's sand.

Kabuto has full intel and is inside Ryuchi Cave. They'll be completely vulnerable to Muki Tensei and White Rage under these conditions and will lose several members right off the bat. The rest will have to contend with Kimimaro's Bone Forest, Kabuto's Sage sensing and the LoS type area their in allow him to maneuver freely and dodge easier, Tayuya's Sound Genjutsu is a big threat in this enclosed area, the Kage have 0 intel on Kabuto so they have no clue about his Oral Rebirth or Manda II wildcards.

Not to mention Kabuto is a genius and will be picking them off the appropriate order e.g. taking out Tsunade early so she can't transfer chakra/heal the others, used the Muki Tensei and cave location to play against Onoki's flight, Ay will engage in taijutsu immediately and will either be dodged or face the Hozuki Hydrification technique and be ripe for the killing, etc.

But then again I'm not exactly an expert on DSM Kabuto. But I feel, with these conditions, he'd win moderate difficulty.

Muki Tensei is a really strong factor here. Without intel, Early War Arc EMS Sasuke couldn't react to it and Edo Itachi barely did [

Kabuto honestly wins low diff with these conditions; he starts in Sage Mode, has the locational advantage, and has full intel whereas the Gokage have none.

Umm, Mugen Onsa synchronously paralyzes all of them, then Kabuto follows it up with a quintuple chakra-scapel bisection. End of Story.
