Yup, I read some of your training threads and I like it. We're basically going to talk about the jutsus; strong points, disadvantages, how it works etc...
Correct me if I've got it completely wrong xD

You've got it completely right. I'll post all the techniques you've done so far in one post and you will do them by my method since the nin techs were changed a bit.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.

Basically a technique where you bring forth needles from your mouth which you spit at the opponent. Nothing more to it really.

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:20
Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

A tool ninjutsu where you utilize two windmill shuriken where you first throw one and then the other which is hidden by the shadow of the first.

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra:15 (-5 per turn)
Damge Points:N/A
Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

A technique used mainly for restricting summoning animals and preventing them from moving. You focus your chakra around them and use it to bind the target taking their ability to move, away. It only works on smaller summonings, if used on a boss summoning Gamabunta the restraint may only slow them down if anything. [/spoiler

Hidden Needles
Basically the description tells us almost everything about the jutsu. One thing I like about the jutsu is that when you're having a close range battle, for example you're fighting someone with taijutsu, you can use this jutsu from such a close range that your opponent will have practically no time to react to it. The range is a downside though.

Shadow Shuriken Technique
Also a pretty self explanatory jutsu, one of the shuriken is hidden and will thus surprise your opponent. It's pretty easy to counter by using a small wind jutsu, earth jutsu or even an explosive note tagged kunai. If you infuse the shuriken with lightning chakra, you know your opponent will be inclined to use a small wind jutsu so you can use that to your advantage.

Temporary Body Paralysis Technique
A jutsu that I don't see often, though I guess it can be helpfull sometimes. Since it can bind summons, you can more easily kill them by using a jutsu that travels very fast. I don't think I've ever seen this jutsu being used on an opponent though, is that not allowed? Or is it that easy to break out of this jutsu?

For the last technique, it was revamped. Before you could use it against an opponent too but since the revamp only summons can be paralyzed using this technique.

(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

This is basically a technique with which you "scare" the opponent. By expelling your killing intent into the field you are able to scare and confuse your opponent. It all depends on ranks and distance. For example if there is a two rank difference between you and your opponent then the opponent will not be paralyzed or see images of their death, they will only be forced to hesitate in a way. For example it will make them stumble while running/walking, they will mess up a hand seal, lose their grip if they are holding you etc. etc. this is a great technique to mess up the enemy. However, if there is a difference 2 or more ranks between you and the target they will be completely paralyzed and see gruesome images of their deaths. Only in short range can the opponent be completely paralyzed. This can be cast upon multiple enemies but the more you divide the killing intent the weaker it gets. Same drill as the techniques before. I expect creative things and usages.

So this is, I think, one of the most used Ninjutsu techniques. A thing I immediatly thought of is that if you make, for example, spikes or anything come from underneath/above your opponent and then use this technique he pretty much won't be able to dodge it. I think things that come from underneath your opponent like earth spikes are the fastest so that would be the most effective against opponents from 2 ranks lower.
Even a basic kunai can prove to be the most deadly weapon when combined with this jutsu, you can say that when your opponent is about to let go of his kunai that would deflect your, you use Killing Intent and your kunai would just continue towards him.
Some other uses are the ones you stated, making your opponent stumble and thus once again more vulnerable to fast jutsus, making your opponent hesitate in close combat so that you can deliver that punch before he is able to block it etc..
I keep saying fast jutsus, since most of the time you'll face someone who has the same rank as you or isn't 2 ranks lower so he won't be paralyzed by this jutsu. Thus you have to take adantage of the slightest hesitation.

Since the jutsu description says that you must maintain this jutsu in order to make your opponent hesitate, paralyzed it is important to use a jutsu that would hit your opponent before you use this jutsu.

(Ninpou: Gekka Bijin) - Ninja Arts: Beauty Under the Moonlight
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user will create a swarm of sakura(cherry blossoms)petals to surround there opponents and swirl around them causing confusion. The user can then attack there opponent from any angle they choose.Blinds opponents eyes for the turn this jutsu is used.

A technique where you create a swarm of sakura petals that surround the opponent and blind them by swirling around the target. Then you can freely attack the opponent. The opponent is blinded for the turn this is used. It's a nice technique but the range is small so you'd have to be very close to use it. But it's a great technique if you know how and when to use it and exploit the advantage it gives you. How would you defend from this?

(Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.

A D-ranked technique where you hurl kunai which have pouces attached to them. Upon impact the pouches explode releasing a shower of small explosive notes, then you throw a final kunai with an active explosive not which will ignite the smaller notes as it passes by them creating a large explosion. D-rank but still a lot of punch behind it and this is a perfect example that low ranked techniques can be deadly. Drawbacks, advantages, etc?

Decent close range jutsu against non doujutsu users. Best used when already engaged in a taijutsu fight because it doesn't require any special moves/handseals. The thing is that your opponent probably would use a wind jutsu the blow the petals away and harm you as well since you're in close range of your opponent. So it'd be better to make a clone use this jutsu thus ensuring the fact that you won't get harmed. A nice jutsu to counter this would be the basic wind jutsu (D-rank) which allows you to release blasts or streams of wind from any limb or your mouth.

The second jutsu is pretty self explanatory on how it's used. I think it's best used against an opponent who is distracted or paralyzed or placed under a genjutsu. This is because of the one large drawback this jutsu has. It's a mere kunai that you throw towards your opponent, so it's really easy to counter. Your opponent just has to throw an explosive note tagged kunai of his own or use a wind jutsu to counter it. The advantage it gives you is that you know what your opponent will do to counter it. 90% of the time you know your opponent will use a wind jutsu to send it back towards you or use an explosive kunai to counter it. This information can be used to your advantage when planning your next move.

(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

A basic ninjutsu technique where you can disappear or appear in an instant. This is usually misused. You don't get a burst of speed this is much like the Body stance change technique. You mask yourself with mist, sand or leaves and jump basically, or move to another position.

Might be wrong, but I think this jutsu is banned from the rp? Or nobody uses it at least. To me it's similar to Kawarimi since you basically use this jutsu to quickly move towards another location. Body Flicker allows you to immediatly disappear and leave your opponent (if he isn't a sensor) confused as to where your new location is.
