Did Sasuke use Tsukuyomii?

Did Sasuke use Tsukuyomii on Shee? Or some weaker variant? Usually with genjutsu it's enough to hit/kai someone for them to snap out of it, Lady Chijo said so. But Shee fell down directly after being hit with it, and he could barely move afterwards. Sasuke's eye also hurt after using the genjutsu, also suggesting that it was Tsukoyomi. Although Sasuke's eyes didn't go MS mode though

I think he just cast a genjutsu with the MS...With Tsukuyomi, he should have finished the enemy off in a sec...But he can't manipulate time inside the genjutsu so I wouldn't call itt Tsukuyomi.

I didn't think there was a genjutsu except Tsukuyomi where you could take out an enemy from the battle with one look (Darui should have been able to undo the genjutsu if it was normal). It was Lady Chijo who said that you need to be two or more when facing the sharingan due to genjutsu, Kakashi intervened and said that Tsukoyomi was different in that respect.
