Susanoo is boring as faaark to me. It's just someone sitting there in a bubble whilst a chakra dude flails it's arms around. It was cool at the start then it just got over spammed and boring, although obito/ kakashis one was cool.

Also kibas gatsuuga mightn't seem that interesting as a ninjutsu because it isn't one - it's taijutsu.

Kiba's gatsuuga is a taijutsu attack not ninjutsu, hence why it isn't as flashy as say someone spitting out a giant fireball.
