Tech help please (Not urgent)

I have a pair of very high quality headphones and every time I use them i get a small buzz in the left ear cup and Its really bugging me what sort of issue it it, with certain music its fine but others a huge act up and ruins the music all fittings are secure and clean and headphones have been audio tested and are perfect, is it the low quality of music downloads or another issue?

EDIT* Buzz is still present with lack of all audio files and persists while no music is playing.

It should be the problem with the head-phones you bought. You should call the store that you bought it from and tell them the situation and ask them for a return or exchange. Lol ​

Already have and sent them off they are in perfect working order.

It's not volume although you where indeed spot on with the music choice yet the problem persists on all volumes.

These are all things I have already tried but I'm pretty sure its the settings or the input do you know whether you can use a 1/4 jack for a pc if installed properly?
