I agree that Naruto > Sasuke. By a lot recently actually lol. And it's obvious that Hashirama > Madara.
But, I disagree with Ashura > Indra. In the manga, Ashura was probably chosen as the leader as he
was liked better. It wasn't a real war. And even if it was, Ashura and Indra both killed each other
in their ultimate battle so it was a tie between the two.

But it seems that Ashura just gets better and better, and Indra just.... stagnated.
