Do you think the One-Tails' Jinchuuriki (Whoever it may be at the time, i'm not specifically saying Gaara) could go into chakra mode like the other Jinchuuriki?

Gaara never really had one. Most likely a lack of planning because Kishi hadn't introduced the tailed beast system at that point. Wasn't Shukaku's lore rewritten because of that (I might be wrong)?

Naruto can't do that x-x.

Also, that is supposed to be his "rage mode" thing right. For Naruto his rage mode he gets chakra cloak.. Gaara does the transformationm.

Every tailed beast has been shown to have a chakra cloak. There's no logical reason why Shukaku wouldn't have one as well. He hasn't shown the ability to fire TBB's yet the Hachibi confirms he can do that as well.

One tail chakra mode.... I don't think they can, cause that's the only tail they'll ever release. So the partial transformation could be the mode.
