I don't think an explanation is worth putting but you even made Itachi healthy while restricting Sakura's summon. Alive sick Itachi is already three tiers above Sakura so making him healthy and removing Katsuyu makes this a stomp in Itachi's favour compared to a comfortable win for Itachi under unbiased conditions.
