How exactly does one train their Byakugan to see farther?

Title. It was noted how Neji and Hinata improved the range and strength of their Byakugan vision but... how? What do you do, just look further in the distance? Squint til it hurts? Are they switching Byakugan under the table in the Hyuuga Clan?

I get the Byakugan can see really far and I get the 359 degree vision, but I don't get how you push it farther. Doesn't make sense.

The bigger your boobs are the longer you can see with your byakugan. That's why Hinata can see farther than Neji.

I've long since given up logic with the Sharingan, it's just a PIS factory for whatever the situation calls for now.

I guess you put more chakra into your eyes and just stare at stuff.
