From what i know, Guren wasnt a very popular character...Only one (or two) bio(s) have been made, so there wasnt a great urgency to making crystal jutsu, if you were to make a Guren bio, you can make her jutsu and put them on the CJ submissions and with the actually proof of its existence, it would be more likely be approved

Yeah :/ i think theres an unofficial rule that males cant be female characters and vice versa :/ but i could be wrong, so its best you get that cleared up beforehand

its not for certain, ask a mod/admin whos in charge of RP but if it were allowed, you'd see a lot more canon females going around

crystal style was made by emperor and me and the others are working on the other details for Guren U_U and if there any jutsu that are from manga /anime provide ME with links to them to be made and not submit as your own in custom thread that goes for everyone else otherwise il have them declined as custom thread is for customs only not already existant justu ^^
