Why didn't Kaguya get the "Prime Hiruzen" Treatment?

Kaguya and Hiruzen are similar in the way that they were both hyped up, claimed to have legendary and godly power in the past, but neither delivered in action or showed this "legendary power".

Kaguya, being the strongest being in the Narutoverse, but gets solo'd within 10 chapters in a lack luster fashion.

Hiruzen, claimed to be "The god of shinobi" and supposedly knows every jutsu, but never displayed such feat during anytime in the series, and never had a flashback of him doing God Shinobi shit.

So why did Prime Kaguya become a thing?

I think its Hiruzen's nostalgia factor, but what do you guys think?

Only if Hagoromo becomes the FV (and assumingly the strongest) will Hiruzen finally have a semi-worthy opponent to showcase his power against, unless he decides to 1-panel him with the Neutralizer (then it won't be much of a showcase).

For changing dimensions, all she really did was teleport herself and team 7 with her into another dimension.

On a serious note, hiruzen gets that treatment because of his accolades and him being the hokage.

It was also stated that some believed hashirama's power was a myth, even tsunade was staggered by the showcase of edo madara's PS, something Hashirama dealt with quite handily.

Kaguya however was just brought up with no recognition whatsoever except being the strongest with lots of chakra.
But we also know that she was defeated by her sons, so maybe her being the strongest wasn't by that much of a margin.

Kaguya did deliver! Do you know how many times she almost killed Sasuke and Naruto (keeping in mind that "almost" is the closest a villain can get for plot reasons)? I will list the times:

1.The time when she just smacked his perfect susanoo out of the air and he almost fell into the lava. He only survived because Naruto was there for Sasuke to latch onto and Naruto could make a platform for him.

2. The time when she paralyzed both Naruto and Sasuke with one touch. She could have easily just chopped off their heads at that moment with some ash bones. Of course plot would have it where she was only after the chakara at that time.

3. When she grabbed Sasuke and threw him into the desert dimension. She could have just thrown him right back into the lava within the lava dimension and he would have died. She could have also used the acid dimension. Basically, it was plot that saved Sasuke here. Once again, she just wanted the chakara.

4. In the gravity dimension where she almost killed both Naruto and Sasuke with those ash bones. Obito had to save them and he ended up getting killed himself! This also gives Kaguya a point for killing a major character (even if he was going to die anyway).

5. When Sasuke tried to blitz her with chidori, she was easily able to react to it and she warped them all to the core dimension. Once again, plot saved the day because she could have warped right back to the lava dimension or to the acid dimension. Everyone was near the ground when this happened, so they would have been instantly put right into the lava or acid when she warped the dimension.

6. (This one wasn't really a kill, but it was still an own.) That time she wrecked Sasuke's perfect susanoo with chakara arms.

7. When she made that massive gudoudama, she could have easily just thrown it and finished the battle. Plot saved team 7 by having Kaguya just let the thing float.

8. There was that ash bone that was about to hit Naruto that Kakashi warped away with kamui.

Here you have multiple instances of Kaguya owning team 7 plus the killing of a major character. Now tell me if Hiruzen's list of feats match up to this.

Think carefully before you say that someone didn't deliver.
