Kaguya and Hiruzen are similar in the way that they were both hyped up, claimed to have legendary and godly power in the past, but neither delivered in action or showed this "legendary power".
Kaguya, being the strongest being in the Narutoverse, but gets solo'd within 10 chapters in a lack luster fashion.
Hiruzen, claimed to be "The god of shinobi" and supposedly knows every jutsu, but never displayed such feat during anytime in the series, and never had a flashback of him doing God Shinobi shit.
So why did Prime Kaguya become a thing?
I think its Hiruzen's nostalgia factor, but what do you guys think?
