Obito, there his powers for a reason lol. He also used them better than Kakashi and could use them to their fullest potential. Kakashi needed Obito to level his Sharingan to 3 Tomoes and MS, unlock Susanoo and gain the power to use PS. Kakashi couldn't do anything but use the power Obito achieved.
