2- Madara - being 98% of being the 10 tail Jinchuriki Also whit Double EMS, double Rinnegan and Shrinrinngan boost his Susanoo to God Susanoo
( Haven't Seen)

3- Obito - Being 55 % of the 10 tail Jinchuriki also having Double MS, 1 Rinnegan Boost him up to Perfect Susanoo
( Not seen that full power of it yet)

4- Sasuke - Having one Shrinngan and EMS at long whit being Indra incarnation Boost him up to Perfect Susanoo
( Only seen a lil of his abilities )

5 - Indra - Being the son of Indra and having Double MS Whit no Boost - Perfect Susanoo
( Haven't seen)

6 - Itachi - Having Double MS and one EMS eyes that he never use and two legendary weapons on him. Whit a lil Boost
Normal legendary Susanoo

P.S. The user has the ability to change the shape of Susanoo according to the scenario [So the flying ability seems to be common for most of em] .​
