Is every1 cool wit Naruto never learning any new jutsu's?

True power doesn't come from jutsu, it comes fron the bond of love, which is hinted at throughout the manga. Would be nice to see him learn some Uzumaki seals but Naruto's more of an head first fist fight guy, no time for seals

Well, technically Gaara only has one jutsu. Same with Hashirama.

Gaara's sand is like his nature and he has many different techniques, same for Hashirama. Gaara also has his Fuuton techs as well.

Naruto's nature has spawned one new technique - Rasenshuriken, following with his Rasengan and Kage Bunshins. Then he has a million variations of both Rasengan and Rasenshuriken. I'd like to see him learn Uzumaki Clan techs.

Although he has the Gudoudamas now, he's not even used them much. Yet, Kishi has given Sasuke new techniques right throughout the series.

Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi.
