Backstory: Kiba and Choji really wished to become Hokages, but to decide who will present the role of a Hokage better they decided that the one with more fans is more suitable for a Hokage.
Rules: -Any voting after 24 hours of time is not counted.
-No bashing and hating.
-You vote for the character you like more, not for the stronger one.
-Both voting and saying who you like more in the comments count as a point.
-The winner goes to the next Round, there is no looser bracket for anyone who looses.

He wouldn't have had to if Chouji just ran straight away. And if he hadn't, Pain would've done more damage.
