Oro would keep his distance and thats all he needs . Itachi has a very limited chakra reserve , With intel Oro knows that + Amaterasu's threat + Susano'o , all he has to do is summoning thousands snake as he did against 4 tailed Naruto without breaking a sweat and make Itachi waste his chakra by using his best arsenal just to counter the snakes, Amaterasu , Susano'o , Katons which are really chakra consuming for him. Itachi will be defenceless exhausted .

You didnt understood my post though . I said it will lead him to exhaustion . All of this wont happen if Oro has intel , which he has .
Clones cannot get close to him if he's @ 100 meters from Itachi and will be destroyed by the snakes

In an open area, Kabuto loses some of his advantages. Oro gets fodderizes by itachi using crows to sneak up close and put him under a genjutsu before totsuka gg
Kisame has enough reaction speed to fight gai, Kabuto wouldn't be blitzing him. If itachi gets izanagi off its over, and another win con is samehada eating sage chakra and turning Kabuto into fodder so that itachi can finish him off

Itachi one shots Orochimaru with genjutsu. Itachi can either Totsuka blitz Kabuto or use amaterasu
on him, although Kabuto may be able to avoid all of these attacks. However, with Kisame helping to distract
him, Itachi may be able to land one of these killer moves. And I'm honestly not sure how water dome
affects Kabuto. Kabuto has Suigetsu's water jutsus, but if Kisame is the one who created the water....
does Kabuto take control? Or does Kisame force Kabuto to stay solid, as transforming into water would
disperse him into the water dome and he automatically dies?

Itachi places Orochimaru in Genjutsu while Kabuto destroys Kisame. From then on it's DSM Kabuto versus Itachi which will lead in Kabuto's favor.

Intel is manga. I'm a pretty new member, so I didn't cover all my bases in the first post and didn't restrict some of the stuff that should have been. Sorry about that.

Anyway, my personal opinion is that Orochimaru and Kabuto win. People seem to forget that Orochimaru nearly did escape Tsukuyomi, Itachi just cut off his hand before he could. That's actually an incredible anti-genjutsu feat, being capable of movement during Tsukuyomi and nearly escaping it. If Itachi tried to put him in Tsukuyomi at such a long range, he wouldn't have the change to cut off his hand, and even if he did at close range, his hand getting cut off doesn't matter anymore. Oro can regenerate his limbs, like how he regenerated from being literally bisected by Four Tailed Naruto. Once he gets out of Tsukuyomi, or when it ends if he's kept from doing so, he's back in the fight and Itachi can't just spam Tsukuyomi without depleting his chakra fully.

except water dome doesn't flow like normal water. it is literally held in a dome of chakra to keep it's shape. nice try.
