What do you want to see if "Naruto Part 3" Does Happen

Want to see a Naruto and Sasuke complete master their powers and improve their skills so we can see an epic fight. Other ninjas showing growth as well. I want to see how everyone developed over time and no BS or plot holes. Flashbacks of everyone's training. Showing of Naruto and Sasuke doing the Chunin exam and becoming jounins (if Sasuke gets excepted back). Reveal what happened to the Senju's and where are the scattered Uzumaki's (if Naruto and/or Karin went looking for them). See what happened with the Rain village. Have the pairings paired up with flashbacks of how those relationship built up.

The baby climbs out of his mother's charred stomach and grins at his father before escaping out of the hospital window. The story centers around Sasuke seeking revenge on his son for killing the woman he loves, vowing to end the uchiha cycle of hatred by killing his only son and making the clan extinct forever.
