Looks:
Xanxus's hairstyle is spiky with a buzz cut on the sides. It is also adorned with feathers and a raccoon tail that comes down from the nape of his neck, coming over to his front left shoulder, and rests in the front. He also wears formal wear with a jacket resting on his shoulders, much like a cape. He matches it with a white dress shirt, black pants, and a loosely knotted tie, along with black boots, also having a LBoP tattoo on his left forearm.
He wears a pair of studded, square shaped goggles on his forehead, and a large fur captain's coat over his bare muscular torso. The dark brown coat is adorned with spikes on its shoulders lined in maroon. The collar of the coat is extremely flared and wide. He typically wears this coat with his right arm in its sleeve and his left arm under the coat itself.
Personality:
Xanxus is cruel and ruthless, showing no mercy to enemies and allies alike. He shows no remorse nor sadness when his subordinates dies as he only sees them as nothing more but tools in helping him gain his true goal. He can be short-tempered, and easily angered, but would never express his anger through words. He has a great self-confidence of his strength and clan's prowess, thus, occasionally looking down on his enemies, referring them as trash.

History:
Xanxus was born in Konoha, in fact he was a Uchiha. He had went to war at a very young age being forced to fight. During the war his parents died and he had got a scar on his face. Xanxus was a very fierce fighter at a young age even though he had never awakened his Sharingan. He was very skilled in various elements especially Fire because of his origination of the Uchiha's and Earth which he learned and mastered later in time. When the war was over, Xanxus became very dark with a deep hatred of people so he usually refers to them as scum. As years passed with Xanxus being unable to activate his sharingan, he grew cold. He already mastered four of the five basic elements at a young age but he hated the fact that his clan brothers were able to utilize their bloodline to the fullest while he couldn't. Being surpassed by younger members who unlocked their ability drove Xanxus to run away from his life in the Hidden Leaf village in search of power. He traveled aimlessly all over the Ninja World and came across a ancient area where he met Phaze, the king, who allowed him to sign a contract with the snakes after bonding with them and learning their ways. He left after spending some time there and came to Suna where he finished his training in the five elements.
One day he had left the village to go on a mission and found a strange looking guy who wore a mask with a cloak with red clouds stroked with white on it. This mans name was Obito Uchiha. Meeting him they spoke casually as anyone would do with a fellow clan member, but Xanxus noticed something was off about him. He realized that this guy was trying to fight and Xanxus had to fight him. Calling his opponent, Obito Uchiha scum as he does with almost everyone he eventually beat Obito and continued on with his journey. Before he could arrive back to his village, a man with a strange ability from a rare clan, the Bartholomew's, came to attack him. He wondered why but he didnt have any time to waste with that scum seeing as its been a while and it would look bad to take long returning on a easy mission he thought to himself. He had annihalated the man quickly as possible, returning from his mission.

Xanxus grew up with no idea that he was adopted. Once he found all the details about his mother, his clan and his past he was full of rage, he destroyed all of his belongings which tied him to Sunagakure and left the village.Kazekage felt sorry for him so he was not treated as a Missing Nin. After Xanxus left he has traveled around the world from Konohagakure to Sunagakure where he met wonderful people which helped him train and become a better Shinobi. He formed a special bond with the Kazekage and LonelyAssassin. They where his friend but he also considered them his rivals, they whould study, train, fight together. Xanxus spend most of his time in Sunagakure, where he studied Ninjutsu,Summoning and other Elemental Releases. All his adventures made him a better shinobi ready to stand up to anyone. But still he knew he isnt happy he was still full of wrath. His favourite element was Fire he was often given a nickname Flame of Wrath. After improving his skills Xanxus it was time to return to Konoha. He was 15 at that moment and more then 4 years passed since he left Konoha. Once he returned he has noticed how much the village he was born in has changed. He asked around village who the new Hokage is and what happened to the old Hokage. He found out he was assassinated, which made him really mad. 6 Months after his arrival back to Suna he showed everyone that he is not to be taken lightly. He was a S Class rank at that time and was considered to be one of stronger shinobi in Suna. Above all, Xanxus is angry; angry at his father for his betrayal and angry at everyone else for not understanding him (not that he’ll give them that chance or believe it). He has been damaged by his past and is not willing to move on easily.

Fire Affinity:
Xanxus's main elemental affinity is fire. After deflecting from his parent’s village of birth before war, he spent some time practicing the element and eventually mastered it. It was there that he perfected the fire element, being able to use fire jutsu with a single hand seal. Some even say that he was on par with some of the best fire users in Sunagakure.
Doton Affinity:
Xanxus is one of the rare ninjas of the current generation that is able to use two elements as if it was child’s play. He isn’t able to perform earth jutsus with one hand seal like his fire element, but he can perform the hand seals at a much faster rate than what he does for the other elements. He gain a liking to this element shortly after witnessing its power from shinobis, his reaction time and speed even increase to the point where he has a slightly faster reaction time than normal ninjas.
Taijutsu:
Hand to hand combat and sword fighting, being his major fighting style before learning about ninjutsu, he was still a strong fist user. He used to train in forests and abandon houses many days by hitting the walls and trees with all parts of his body. When he was angry at something or someone, he would take his frustration out on inanimate objects, destroying them with the mind-set that the piece of object are the person he is mad at. Being raise by himself alone, he took up the habit of training a lot and fighting people in a angry state. This is one of the reason he is classified as a taijutsu specialist; But he always kept a cool head.
Weapons
Xanxus also carries a variety of weapons in his pouch and others that are strap to his waist. Several kunais, shurikens, flash bombs, smoke bombs and explosive tags are in the pouches. He also has a small gas mask that he can place around his face to breathe inside poisonous gases or regular smoke. Also, he has these goggles strap on to his forehead that can easily be pulled down or with a quick a nod of his head he can make it fall down to cover his eyes from bright lights. Strap in an ‘X’ like fashion across his back are two medium size swords and one long sword strap to the side of his waist.
