Rasenshuriken-Kakazu. Madara.
Kirin- Only ever used once so no, it has not worked.
Dust release- It was gonna kill Sasuke, Tobi saved him.
Chibaki Tensei- Kaguya. Zetsu. Nuff said.

Every times Amaterasu has been used, it has failed completely. The only main character it has ever even fazed was Ay and he still got rid of it.

No it doesn't, everyone used substitution in part 1 plus Jiraiya use substitution, shadow clone, fire jutsus, earth wall to block or take Amaterasu. Amaterasu continues to flow from Itachi eye if he's doing Amaterasu stream as he did against Sasuke and his eyes gets strained until he needs to close his eyes.
