This match is to see who is the most skilled shinobi out of all the Hokage:

Hashirama vs tobirama vs Hiruzen vs Minato vs Tsunade


Location: Naruto vs Neji (chuunin exams)
Restriction: Ninjutsu and Genjutsu
Condition: Minato has his special kunai, and hiruzen w/ enma (since he is a weapon)
Distance: 70 meters​

If the hokage can only use Taijutsu, bukijutsu, and Shuriken jutsu, then which hokage is skilled enought as a shinobi to come throught with a win.

Ninjutsu is not allowed which means no shadow clones, no mokuton, no elemental jutsu, and sage modes, no kyuubi modes, no FTG, and no strength of a hundred. We are taking it back to part one. Where the hokages are actually fighting like ninja without using any form of ninjutsu.

Tsunade is a master of Taijutsu, and it would seem as though minato is a master of shuriken jutsu since he main technique requires him using kunai.

Tobirama also has a sword.

Enma diamond staff is breaking their bones and given it can extend or increase/decrease its width to no end instantly will overwhelm them with its unpredictability. They might think they dodged and it extends/widens and whacks them.

I agree, I think hiruzen is the most versitile hokage so he would win.. Just trying to be devil's advocate.

The only fatal damage that could be done to him would be from Minato or Hiruzen's Reaper Death Seal, but by doing this they also sacrifice their own life. At worst it would be a tie.

You're missing the part where enma smacked him around. If hiruzen didn't have enma, hashi wins

Plus, we saw how he almost embarassed an entire division with taijutsu alone.

OT: Hashirama wins because of the reasons mentioned above, and also because he can last longer than any other Hokage.
After him Hiruzen and Tsunade have the best chances since they're taijutsu specialists.
Tobirama and Minato would certainly perform the worse and be the first ones to go down.

Edit: Actually, i'd list them like this:

1) Hashirama (winner, stalemated against a Gunbai wielding EMS Madara using regular weapons and taijutsu, nuff said).

2) Hiruzen (Enma gives him a massive advantage in range and power).

3) Tsunade (w/o her strenght she can't compete with the two Hokage above, but her proficiency with taijutsu is still much greater than that of Hokages below).

4) Tobirama (used to carry a sword with him, and during the warring states period clashes involved much more kenjutsu and bukijutsu, even among top tiers; for this reason i put him above Minato who...).

5) Minato (... has no taijutsu feats whatsoever; relies purely in other skills to win his fights; he's average at best, for a kage).

Taijutsu,kenjutsu,shurikenjutsu. They're going to use jutsu regardless, just not any form of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. Sealing jutsu's aren't classified as Ninjutsu, so he should be able to use it.
