Why does everyone want everyone to lose their powers?

I don't keep up with H X H, so just tell me what you mean by this statement.

IN HXH, everybody is strong in their own way and have a chance to overpower the next person majority of the time. But in naruto, if you ain't sasuke or naruto, you don't belong there or end up needing to be save most of the time.

If Naruto and sasuke keep their power up, then what part 3 going to be about? It will have to be naruto vs sasuke 24/7 unless orochimaru become a villain again or Danzo pop out of nowhere creating clones of each tail beasts or the sage of six path end up being the final villain in the shadow and giving out power to people.

I don't want Naruto or Sasuke to lose their power, otherwise it will seem like just an extremely cheap power up for that one battle. Would rather them keep it.

Kakashi's power up was the worst asspull in the manga to date, it was stupid and illogical. It was already confirmed as temporary as well.​

If Naruto and Sasuke lose their powers, then basically they didn't stop Kaguya the Sage did through them.

Keeping the powers makes it the Sage entrusting them with the task of defeating Kaguya.

Also the power level argument is completely irrelevant, even without the Sage's power ups they are still the strongest ninja alive by a huge margin, also it would destroy the concept of Naruto and Sasuke surpassing their predecessor's.

At least Kaguya was bold enough to eat the fruit of the Jūbi to gain her powers; at least Madara 'planned' out his ascension to Jūbi jinchuriki. Naruto and Sasuke were, simply put, "given" their current powerups; no effort at all, be it boldness or years of preparation, was needed to "gain" them.

If naruto keep all that power including all the tails beast, part 3 going to die fast just like rurouni kenshin did when he learned the final technique to his sword to fight shishio. He was just straight up unbeatable. Can't even give him a good battle after that fight anymore.

So take power up away or Bring up a godly new threat with at least several villains just as strong as naruto and sasuke in part 3.

Whose fault is that? It is the other shinobis' fault for being too weak. Just look at Konoha 11 tor instance. How many of them actually make any effort to learn jutsus other than their clan techniques? All Choking uses is expansion/calories control. All Shino uses is bug jutsus. All shikamaru uses are shadows. Etc... Do any of them ever think to perhaps get some of that chakara paper and learn their nature perhaps? What about going to the Konoha library and reading some scrolls for some jutsus? What about finding a mentor to teach them some good jutsus? What about using some scientific knowledge to invent some techniques like Tobirama did? There is no excuse for these people.

So yes it is pathetic to wish for someone to get weaker when these other fools don't even try! Look at Hiruzen. He at least learned all 5 natures. People should just make more effort.

There might not be a part 3 as sad as it is. If there is, it could be about the adversaries that Kaguya wanted an army to fight. That whole thing about creating soldiers was never explained. Those adversaries could be stronger than Kaguya. Black Zetsu even mentioned some other plan.

Being given something is the same as gaining something. To gain just means to get (regardless of the means). If you give me 5 dollars then I just gained $5. You are mixing up the word gained with the word earned. When it comes to battle, whether you earned it or not is irrelevant.

You still don't get it, do you. I am simply trying to explain to you why people want Naruto and Sasuke to lose their powers (which is the topic at hand), not why Naruto and Sasuke's new powers [don't] belong to them.

When you gain something due to being given it, it lessens the impact of your achievement and makes you look reliant on assistance. I associated "gain" with "earn" because the former is usually associated with hard work or experience, when excluding current Naruto and Sasuke, rather than receiving; e.g., "Naruto gained Sage Mode after his hard work and training at Myōbokuzan, as did Jiraiya", "Rock Lee gained vast taijutsu experience and prowess due to his hard work and determination", "Hashirama and Madara gained combat experience due to their many battles as children", "Orochimaru gained a vast understanding of biology, history, jutsu after many years of studying".

Plot-no-jutsu lol. I could see a lot of characters that can hold their own against naruto or sasuke, but plot-no-jutsu won't allow it. Story would be far more interesting if everyone could step up to the plate.

Sakura, Obito, and Kakashi were still able to help despite being leagues lower in power than naruto/Sasuke/Kaguya
