Many of people think :
1. All about hagomoro and hamura still mistery. Why hagomoro has hamura's seal power? Maybe he killed hamura and took his powers.
2. He wants to gain all the cakra & power for himself but he can't sealed kaguya by himself so he used naruto n sasuke
3. In manga chap 529 it tells that kinkaku & ginkaku (evils from kumo) have blood relation to rikudo.

but all the bijuu respect to him so it's strange if the bijuu can't sense the bad desire of hagomoro.
buuut anything can happen in narutoverse, just wait,see,& enjoy it.
