The chakra of the senjutsu enabled him to heal, both Sasuke's and Naruto's seals are both gone because the purposed of the seal was fulfilled (sealing Kaguya), even with the absence of the seal Sasuke still has his rinnengan, while Naruto still has his senjutsu (not sure about the bijuus), proving the moon and sun seal isn't linked with the powers

It's just an assumption, I'm not saying it's mangaphax or anything that the seal is how Naruto used his power to heal. It just looked highly likely that it was the case, considering he used that hand in both cases of healing.

And he's able to touch black rods without it affecting him, a feat only possible by rinnegan users.
