Okay there's a lot of different opinions on this matter. Some people say madara lost his rinnegan because he doesn't have hashirama's face meaning he doesn't have hashirama's DNA anymore meaning he doesn't hVe ashura's chakra. Well firstly you can't just get rid of DNA all like that madara infused his with hashirama's creating that face but you guys don't even know if it went away with him becoming the juubis jinchuriki. All that was done was a sealing Jutsu PLACED ON KAGUYA not madara. Madara may not have hashirama's face
Also for the ones who use obito for an example about him losing the juubi and still retaining that's not the same thing that's a transplanted rinnegan not to mention the juubi doesn't even have anything to do with losing the rinnegan so that's a pointless point lmfao

I honestly just think when he became the second six paths that he that face was removed because he created a new chakra it was no longer hashirama's or madara it created the rikudou power
I do believe he still retains the rinnegan

guys nagato and obito had them transplanted therefore they couldn't even deactivate them they didn't have a seal placed upon them you can't even use that as an argument , I know he didn't lose his eyes I'm clearing it for people who don't understand why he still has the. actually if you want to be technical madara didnt infuse his dna with hashis to get that face on his chest. That was actually done by kabuto before madara was edo tensai'd by kabuto.

All madara did was put hashis tissue he bit off of hashis arm during their fight into his wound to heal it.

Now onto madara and him having or not having his rinnegan anymore.

Madara might still have rinnegan but at this point even if he did his chakra would be so depleted after being absorbed by kaguya that i dont think it even matters anymore.
