What will happen to the villages after the war

It's a lot too think about, you have the tailed beast free from it's jinchuriki. Including, the villages who were enemies and will probably want an jinchuriki again.
I think conflict will arise on what to do with the bijui truthfully unless Kishi decides to skip out on that part

Tsunade fodder will step down, I'm thinking that naruto will build a village sorta for the beast to live in peace, and I'm also guessing naruto and sasuke will change the ninja system.

I thought the Sharingan could control Kyuubi whether it's Madara's or not ....?
