There's no way that Dosu could win against Choji. Choji at the start of Shippuden has his food pills, he could probably take him out with just his first pill. And Naruto at the start of Shippuden is not going to beat Neji unless he goes Kyuubi. Base Naruto at the start of Shippuden had better strategy and timing with shadow clones plus odama rasengan, but that was it. He wouldn't be able to beat Jounin Neji unless he went Kyuubi. Otherwise I'd say your list is pretty solid.

Sasuke would lose to Gaara, this Gaara have all of his power plus Shukaku, Gaara blocked Deidara's C3 explosion which is stronger than Kirin. Gaara would be floating high up as he attacks Sasuke. Sasuke had to go CM lvl 2 to fight Deidara and even then it was a close fight while Gaara was handling Deidara in base and only lost due to him caring for his village over his life. I'm not saying a>b>c, what I am saying is that we can see the level Sasuke can handle from that fight and we can see that his base is Jounin level while he's Kage with CM.

As for the Naruto part, you do know Neji is a full fledge Jounin while Naruto's base was about high Chunin right? Naruto would win due to usage of Kurama's chakra since Naryto can access more chakra now than he could as a kid. You do know Naruto was weakened when he faced Sasuke right? Sakura and Naruto both stated Naruto was weakened from going 4 tails before they found Sasuke and Naruto chose not to use Kurama power. 3 tails is strong and fast enough to take on everyone in the list but Gaara and maybe Sasuke but 4 tails murks them all.
