Tough one, but I'll give it to Law.
Given the obvious difference in physique I'm going to assume he's faster, and can create distance easier. Furthermore he's a primarily ranged fighter while most of Yami Teachs abilities come from close quarters combat, so he just has to slice him up a couple times and gg.

I don't see how Yami Teach could beat Law. He isn't really that fast, or at least, hasn't shown any speed feats that could allow him to dodge Law's slices that can have an incredible range.

its room vs Kurouzu
if law rommed the area he can beat teach he is not that fast but if teach used Kurouzu faster law smoked he dsnt have any good feats beside his df so he will get wrecked

If it is current Law than he wins with high diff but if it is the one before TS than Teach with mid-high diff

Scan where he scarred shanks?
If youre speaking about his meeting with WB, he wasnt scarring him. He was concerned for Aces safety.

When did this happen exactly? Isn't it possible he scarred Shanks before Shanks was Yonko level?
Law was able to active a Room larger than a mountain instantly. He can definitely put up Room while Teach is releasing his Darkness.

Scar, as in, Teach left a scar on Shanks' face, not scare as in Shanks was in fear of him.
Lets make this clear. Characters that are on the same level or weaker then Law can't beat Yami Teach, but Law is simply a bad match-up for Teach. Teach has no ranged attacks aside from Black hole (which is slow as fvck). All Law needs to do is create room and teleport his way out of Teach's reach every time he tries to pull him in with Black Vortex and then slice him to pieces or just solo him with Mes.

Although it's kinda unfair to pit people against law when u have not enough feats to defend them
In portrayal BB was above Ace and was holding his own very good against Sengoku and stalemating him (Fleet Admiral)
His reclkless nature might allow him to be one shotted though, hard to tell tbh

Im not sure but he still scarred Shanks...that is a feat within itself U_U...Shanks claimed he was not off guard aswell so...yh BB that niqqua.

I think BB can still use darkness to render Laws DF useless.U_U.....because BB reaction was enough to scar an on guard Shanks before he had yami yami.
