Gaining 6 paths senjutsu didn't seem to give Naruto or Sasuke more elemental affinities, Naruto just got new ones from the bijuu

He can summon the Kyuubi I think that counts as extraordinary.

And the bijuu are made from the Juubi, therefor the juubi has all elements. Since he's a juubi. And Nagato had all elements with rinnegan as well, so either way, rinnegan or juubi both allow all elements.

Answering the title, I think he was mostly focused on fire, therefor getting the best of the best fire techniques, one guy in the manga should of had some blue fire techniques as well.

Hashirama DNA gave him the ability to use wood jutsu which requires you to have water and earth elements to use. The Rinnegan gives Madara all 6 elements (yin yang is the 6th) as Nagato was able to use all 6 elements when he was a kid. Storm element is lightning+water I believe.

well none were shown so he was probably just a katon user but his katon was on a whole other scale compared to like sasuke and itachi. his katon burned hashiramas forests and dwarfs armies if he had any more natures he would be to insane. i mean he's already OP so just imagine

Perfect Susanoo can be achieved through Mangekyou sharingan

Yin yang is not an element, it is either yin element or yang element which together produces yin yang release.

OT: He most likely got it from the juubi or the bijuus inside the juubi.

Juubi jinchuuriki fits the same bill as rikudou senjustu naruto and a little bit more.

The impressive part is being able to maintain the genjutsu on the Kyuubi while fighting Hashirama.
