Minato--- Toad Sage
Kabuto--- Dragon sage
Orochimaru--- Snake sage
Jugo--- cursed demon sage
Hashirama--- wood sage


Ones that would be raw to. Of seen

Sasuke--- Hawk sage

Shino--- Beetle Sage

Sakura--- Slug sage

Kiba--- Dog sage

Gaara--- Scorpion sage

Hiruzen--- Gorrilla Sage

Kisame--- Shark sage

Itachi--- Raven Sage

Darui--- Black Lightning Sage

Oro has the knowledge of Sage mode his body at the time couldn't handle it though, when he has/had a healthy body he could have achieved it given the information we have.
