Can't she, though? Shinra Tensei is a gravitational technique. Kaguya has shown optimum control over gravity. She should of been able to use it.

If not, she still possesses the Byakugan. One massive One Body Blow facilitated by chakra greater than the Juubi could of made the size of the attack on the same level of Pain's village-sized ST at the least. They should of been blown apart.
