With intel on the Third Raikage he was able to beat him,but performance wise he did solo him,as for The 2nd Tsuchikage,Naruto had Gaara help,that mid air sand jump gave Naruto a chance to land that hit that took him out.

Naruto can counter double kamui easily. If naruto can dodge invisible limbo attacks and is perceptive enough to dodge instantaneous dimension S/T techs from kaguya, then he can def dodge obito/kakashi kamui S/T attacks. Stop underestimating naruto. Many ninja have and they have all paid for it.

Naruto without rikudou powers can still arguable be the strongest ninja in the narutoverse, even if madz and hashi were still alive. Without rikudou powers naruto was still the best sensor, the fastest ninja, had the best reflexes, and basically had 100 healing tech, and most powerful ninja, arguable top 3 taijutsu with only gai being 100% better, rikudou only amplified these powers. But at the same time, i wonder if sasuke rennin is due to rikudou or hashi dna...if its duo to sage then sasuke falls.
